Alexis Lucas joined the ENTRADE X Advisory Board as the Managing Director in 2019. For the past five years, she has managed the strategy and execution of technology distribution for the second largest hosted exchange company in the United States. Prior to joining the technology sector, she served a senior senator on the Appropriations Sub Committe on Energy and Water Development and a member of the International Conservation Caucus in Washington, DC.
DR. DIRK LUPBERGER
After more than 14 years in various responsibilities within the Siemens Group (strategy, M & A, commercial duties), most recently as member of the board of Chinese affiliates and CEO & President of Siemens Venture Capital, he was managing partner of a venture capital firm in Munich and executive chairman a Swiss high-tech company in Shanghai, China. Since 2012 he supports as a management consultant and lawyer v.a. Start-up companies, incl. Via supervisory board mandates.
DR. ROLLAN ROBERTS
Dr. Rollan Roberts is the CEO of Courageous! and America's CEO on iHeartRadio. He served as CEO of the Hoverboard company, creating the best-selling global consumer product of 2015, and has a record of crafting viral global brands as CEO of both public and private SMB to multi-billion dollar companies. Dr. Roberts provides entrepreneurship programs & events around the world, serves on corporate advisory boards and has addressed world leaders at Harvard University, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, and China’s government and business leaders.
DR. ARNIM ROSENBACH
Lawyer and mediator from Munich, has been working in the field of renewable energy for 10+ years and has been responsible for the investment rounds of agnion by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Wellington Partners, Munich Venture Partners, Waste Management Inc and Triple Point Capital. Responsible for the acquisition of agnion by the ENTRADE Group. Since that time he accompanied Entrade Energiesysteme AG as a corporate lawyer.
THOMAS FRANCIS EGAN
Graduated in law and in Asian languages from the University of Melbourne and admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and as a Practitioner of the High Court of Australia. Holder of a current Australian Practicing Certificate as a principal authorised to receive trust money under the Legal Profession Uniform Law. 30 years’ experience of corporate and commercial legal practice and board directorships in Australia as well as being the author of a number of seminal works on business and investment law in Asia.
MITEI’s deputy director for Science and Technology, also directs the Tata Center for Technology and Design — an MIT graduate program that trains future engineering and business leaders to invent technologies that address unmet needs and challenges in India and elsewhere in the developing world.
He has an extensive international business background, having held senior positions at Intel and Zygo Corporations and founded technology companies in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining MIT, he served in senior roles at the Clinton Foundation in Africa and India.
